Job Description:

The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) is offering an exciting internship opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in various fields. This is a full-time Internship program in the Management industry, and the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

The internship positions available are:

• Human Resource Internee
• Account Internee
• Planning and Development Internee
• Finance Internee
• Information Technology Internee

As an Intern at OEC, you will be responsible for various tasks within the organization, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in day-to-day activities related to the respective department, such as recruiting and onboarding for the Human Resource internee, financial analysis and reporting for the Finance internee, etc.
• Participating in departmental meetings and activities to gain exposure and understanding of the organizational structure and processes.
• Collaborating with other internees and team members to complete projects and assignments.
• Conducting research and analysis to support departmental objectives.
• Participating in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in your field of interest.

To be considered for this internship, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management, Finance, Planning and Development, Information Technology, etc. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with other team members, and be committed to promoting organizational success and growth.
