Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of each position are detailed below:
- Deputy Program Officer Financial Management: Oversee financial management of projects and programs, develop and maintain financial systems and procedures, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.

- Program Officer Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of projects and programs, manage project timelines, and maintain effective communication channels.
- Program Officer Procurement: Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services.
- Administrative Assistant: Provide administrative support to the team, manage office operations, and maintain accurate records.
- Research Analyst Planning: Conduct research and analysis to inform urban development strategies, assess development needs and opportunities, and provide recommendations for action.
- Program Officer Accounts Administration: Manage financial accounts, develop and maintain accounting systems and procedures, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
- Program Officer Monitoring Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, assess project and program performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Program Officer Financial Management: Develop and maintain financial systems and procedures, manage financial accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
- Deputy Program Officer Environment Social Safeguard: Develop and implement environmental and social safeguards policies and procedures, manage environmental and social assessments, and ensure compliance with environmental and social regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
