The Local Government Department of Sindh is seeking an individual consultant for the annual performance assessment. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in performance management or evaluation.
The individual consultant will be responsible for conducting performance assessments of local government departments and organizations in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. They will be expected to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of various programs and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.
