Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Sciences, or any other relevant subject.
- Teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level for Teaching Staff position.
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level for Lecturer position.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
