Job Description: The Elementary and Secondary Education Department (ESED) is inviting applications for the position of Principal at Akram Khan Durrani College in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). The college is a reputable educational institution that offers intermediate and undergraduate programs. We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to assume the role of Principal and provide effective leadership and management to the college.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Administration:
   • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the college.
   • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the college.
   • Supervise and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
   • Foster a positive learning and working environment for students and staff.
   • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and the community.
2. Academic Management:
   • Oversee the academic programs and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
   • Monitor curriculum implementation and instructional quality.
   • Promote innovative teaching and learning practices.
   • Support professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
3. Student Affairs:
   • Promote student welfare and well-being.
   • Address disciplinary issues and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
   • Encourage student engagement in extracurricular activities and events.
4. Financial Management:
   • Manage the college's budget and financial resources.
   • Ensure efficient and transparent financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (MA/MSc) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience in an educational institution.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with educational policies and regulations.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
