Job Description:
The Directorate of Sports is seeking qualified individuals for the positions of Football Ground Warden and Incharge at its Quetta location. This is a temporary position, and the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the football ground and associated facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operations of the football ground and ensuring it is well-maintained and in good condition
- Monitoring the use of the ground by athletes and ensuring that all regulations are followed
- Managing and supervising staff working at the ground, including maintenance workers and security personnel
- Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition
- Addressing any issues that arise on the ground and taking appropriate action to resolve them
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, and implementing emergency procedures when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Intermediate qualification
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A team player who is able to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
