Job Description: Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) is a leading oil and gas exploration and production company in Pakistan. POL is currently looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of Assistant Engineer and Maintenance Engineer at its Rawalpindi office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend modifications and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
