Job Summary: BISE Multan (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan) is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the positions of Legal Advisor and Tax Lawyer. These are temporary positions based in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. As a Legal Advisor or Tax Lawyer, you will provide legal counsel and expertise to the organization. The last date for application submission is 31st July 2023, or as specified in the paper advertisement.
Responsibilities:
1. Legal Advisor:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the BISE Multan on various legal matters.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and issues.
2. Tax Lawyer:
- Offer tax-related legal advice to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax-related documents and forms on behalf of BISE Multan.
- Handle tax audits and investigations.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise on their implications.
Qualifications:
1. Legal Advisor:
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal advisor or practicing lawyer.
- Sound knowledge of Pakistani laws and legal procedures.
2. Tax Lawyer:
- LLB or LLM degree with a specialization in tax law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax lawyer or tax consultant.
- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Pakistan.
