The Universal Service Fund is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the position of Company Secretary on a temporary basis. As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and the highest standards of corporate governance are maintained.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meetings of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders are properly conducted and documented. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing board papers, annual reports, and other legal documents.
