Description: Universal Service Fund (USF) is a government-owned organization that aims to provide modern telecommunication facilities and services to the underserved and un-served areas of Pakistan. USF is looking for a competent and experienced Company Secretary to join their team in Islamabad.
As a Company Secretary, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal and secretarial support to the organization. They will be required to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, prepare and file statutory documents, maintain records, and handle communication with stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to assist in corporate governance matters and provide legal advice to the management as needed.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Candidates must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
