Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is a leading agricultural development bank in Pakistan. ZTBL is seeking applications from highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill various positions in Karachi. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing a range of duties and responsibilities related to banking, management, and IT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform duties related to banking operations, management, and IT as per the position requirement
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide technical support to staff and stakeholders on matters related to the job
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Manage a team of technical staff and provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field from a recognized institution
• Relevant experience in the field of banking, management, or IT, as per the position requirement
• Strong knowledge and understanding of banking operations, management, and IT
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
