Job Description:
The Technical Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical aspects of projects related to town planning and engineering. The key responsibilities may include:
- Supervising and managing technical staff involved in town planning and engineering projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies, technical assessments, and evaluations of projects.
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in town planning and engineering.
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Liaising with other departments, agencies, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress and quality of projects.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges.
- Providing recommendations for improvement and optimization of projects.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in town planning and engineering.
