Job Details
The Frontier Corps Welfare Foundation, based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPK, Pakistan, is seeking a qualified and experienced General Manager HR Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices • Develop and maintain effective HR systems, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration • Develop and implement effective employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness • Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field • At least two years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in a security organization • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in relevant computer software and applications
Job Type: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package and benefits.
