Job Description:

The Directorate General Commercial Electricity is looking for a skilled and motivated Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the operations of the office.
• Maintain and update records and files, both physical and electronic.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Provide general administrative support, such as typing, filing, and photocopying.
• Prepare and distribute reports and documents, including letters, memos, and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Matriculation or Intermediate level education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
