- Ensure quality of education, research and training in the college
- Develop policies, procedures and systems for the smooth functioning of the college
- Promote research and publication of research work in national and international journals
- Ensure effective management of human resources, infrastructure and finances of the college
- Work collaboratively with other departments of Bahria University to achieve the goals of the institution
- Foster partnerships with other universities, healthcare institutions and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies
