Vacancy:

1. Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer: The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, performance, and management of Genco Holding Company Limited. Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, goals, and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior management and staff.

4. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the company's financial performance. Develop and implement sound financial policies and procedures. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance goals and provide guidance and support to staff members.
6. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks to the organization and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Governance and Reporting: Work closely with the board of directors, providing regular updates on the company's performance, achievements, and challenges. Ensure transparency and accountability in decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance).
• Significant experience in a senior management role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
• Excellent understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving organizational goals and driving business growth.
• Sound financial acumen and experience in financial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of government policies, regulations, and procedures is desirable.
