Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is a national sports organization responsible for promoting and organizing cricket in Pakistan. PCB is seeking applications for various management positions including Director Administration, Head of Hospitality, Manager Analytics, Director HR, Team Manager, Head of Ticketing, League Commissioner, and Manager Team Strategy.
The Team Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the national cricket team. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sports management. The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills and a deep understanding of the game of cricket.
The Director Administration will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions of the PCB, including budgeting, procurement, and human resource management. The candidate should have a master's degree with at least 15 years of experience in a similar role.
The Head of Hospitality will be responsible for managing all aspects of hospitality for PCB events, including managing hotels, transportation, and catering. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
The Manager Analytics will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to cricket performance, fan engagement, and revenue generation. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
The Director HR will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures for the PCB. The candidate should have a master's degree in human resource management or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in human resource management.
The Head of Ticketing will be responsible for managing all aspects of ticketing for PCB events, including ticket sales, distribution, and pricing. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
The League Commissioner will be responsible for overseeing the development and organization of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other cricket leagues in Pakistan. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in sports management or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
The Manager Team Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance of the national cricket team. The candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in sports management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
