Job Description: Balochistan Human Capital Investment Program (BHCIP) is a government organization based in Quetta, Balochistan. Key Responsibilities:
- Pediatrician:
- Provide medical care and treatment to pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases in children.
- Conduct regular check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Pharmacist:
- Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical services.
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and precautions.
- Monitor drug interactions and ensure safe medication administration.
- Logistics Officer:
- Oversee logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of goods and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on logistics activities, including cost and performance metrics.
- Lady Medical Officer:
- Provide medical care and treatment to female patients.
- Conduct examinations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Promote preventive healthcare practices and educate patients on women's health issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Biomedical Engineer:
- Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment and devices.
- Conduct inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to assess equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBBS, Pharma D, or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Registration and valid license from the respective regulatory body, where applicable.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific role and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
