Description: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Relationship Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a background in banking, to join one of the leading financial institutions in Pakistan.
Title: Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and handle their inquiries and requests.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote various banking products and services to clients.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risk factors associated with loan applications and make informed recommendations.
- Monitor the performance of client accounts and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Stay updated with market trends and developments in the banking industry.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound understanding of risk assessment and credit analysis.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
