Job Description: PAF Air War College Institute, located in Karachi, Sindh, is seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to join its faculty staff. Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Research:
   • Deliver lectures and conduct interactive sessions for military officers and professionals.
   • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and curriculum.
   • Conduct research in the relevant field and contribute to scholarly publications.
   • Supervise research projects and mentor students.
2. Academic Support:
   • Provide academic guidance and support to students.
   • Evaluate and assess students' performance.
   • Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
3. Professional Development:
   • Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of military studies.
   • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
   • Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
4. Collaborative Engagement:
   • Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and interdisciplinary activities.
   • Contribute to the development of academic programs and strategic initiatives.
   • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• PhD degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching and research experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the field of military studies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective lectures and engage students.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
