Description:
The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony is conducting tests and interviews for various job positions on a temporary basis. If you have the required education, experience, and skills, you are invited to participate in the selection process for the following vacancies:
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): As a Lower Division Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining office records, preparing documents, typing correspondence, and assisting in clerical tasks. You should have good typing speed, knowledge of office software, and communication skills.
- Naib Qasid: As a Naib Qasid, you will perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and delivering documents. You will also be responsible for performing errands, maintaining cleanliness in the office, and assisting in day-to-day office operations.
- Electrician: As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You should have relevant technical knowledge, experience in electrical work, and ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
- Water Carrier: As a Water Carrier, you will be responsible for providing water to the office premises, maintaining cleanliness of water storage areas, and ensuring availability of clean water at all times. You should have physical fitness to carry and transport water containers.
- Plumber: As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in the office premises. You should have relevant technical knowledge, experience in plumbing work, and ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues.
- Sanitary Worker: As a Sanitary Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, including cleaning of offices, washrooms, and common areas. You should have physical fitness for performing manual cleaning tasks.
- Accounts Clerk: As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in financial tasks. You should have knowledge of accounting principles, experience in financial record-keeping, and proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- Data Entry Operator: As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering data into computer systems, verifying accuracy of data, and maintaining data records. You should have good typing speed, accuracy in data entry, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Vaccinator: As a Vaccinator, you will be responsible for administering vaccines to individuals, maintaining vaccination records, and providing information about vaccines. You should have relevant knowledge of vaccination procedures, experience in administering vaccines, and ability to follow vaccination protocols.
Requirements:
- Primary/Middle/Matric/Intermediate/I.Com/D.Com or equivalent education as per the specific vacancy.
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years in the respective field.
- Knowledge of relevant procedures, protocols, and equipment for technical positions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from superiors.
- Physical fitness for manual tasks such as carrying water or performing cleaning duties for certain positions.
- Proficiency in relevant software for data entry and accounting positions.
