Vacancy Details:
- Deputy Manager Contracts Procurement: As a Deputy Manager Contracts Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process for contracts within the authority. This includes preparing procurement plans, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
- Associate Procurement: The Associate Procurement role involves assisting in the procurement activities of the authority. You will support the procurement team in conducting market research, preparing bidding documents, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required. Specializations such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration (MBA) would be beneficial. Candidates with an engineering background (B.E) are also encouraged to apply.
- Job Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement or contracts management is preferred. Experience in government organizations or heritage management projects will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices, familiarity with relevant procurement laws and regulations, and proficiency in contract management are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are also required for these positions.
