Job Description: Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health (AFIMH) is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Driver, Naib Qasid, and Stenotypist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall mission of the institute by providing efficient and effective administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

• The Driver will be responsible for driving and maintaining institute vehicles, ensuring the safety of passengers and following all traffic rules and regulations.
• The Naib Qasid will be responsible for performing various office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and distributing documents as well as maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of office areas.
• The Stenotypist will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior staff members, taking dictation and typing letters, reports, and other documents.

Qualifications:

• For the Driver position, candidates must have at least a Middle education and a valid driving license.
• For the Naib Qasid position, candidates must have at least a Matric education with good communication skills in Urdu.
• For the Stenotypist position, candidates must have at least an Intermediate education with good typing speed and knowledge of shorthand.

Additional Requirements:

• All candidates must be physically fit and have a positive attitude towards work.
• Candidates must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
