Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure safety of members and their guests
• Manage and supervise the security staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential security risks and take corrective action as necessary
• Develop emergency response plans and procedures to address security threats or incidents
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security measures are in place
• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
• Investigate and resolve security breaches and incidents, and report to management as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
• Prepare and present reports to management on security matters

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 02 years of relevant experience in security management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
