Job Description:
Ministry of Law & Justice is a leading government department in Islamabad. The Ministry of Law & Justice is seeking applications from highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill various positions in Islamabad. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing a range of duties and responsibilities related to management and legal affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform duties related to the position requirement, such as dispatching, technical support, development, office management, and accountancy
Assist in the maintenance of office files, documents, and records
Perform routine office tasks, such as answering phones, making photocopies, and typing documents
Provide support to staff and management in day-to-day activities
Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks
Liaise with stakeholders and external parties as required
Requirements:
Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor, or Master's level education, as per the position requirement
Relevant experience in the field of dispatching, technical support, development, office management, or accountancy, as per the position requirement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
