The institute is looking for talented female individuals to fill various roles including female manager for gender inclusion, digital social media coordinator, female project field manager, female field mobilization officer, and project manager. The candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
As a female manager for gender inclusion, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies and policies to promote gender equality and empower women in the workplace. They will work closely with HRDC's management team to ensure that gender issues are effectively integrated into all programs and projects.
The digital social media coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote HRDC's services on social media platforms. They will also manage the institute's social media accounts and ensure that they are regularly updated with relevant content.
The female project field manager will be responsible for managing and supervising project activities in the field. They will work closely with project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure that project objectives are met within the specified timeframe.
The female field mobilization officer will be responsible for mobilizing and engaging communities in project activities. They will work closely with project teams to identify community needs, develop community engagement strategies, and facilitate community participation in project activities.
The project manager will be responsible for overall project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities. They will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and donors to ensure that project objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget.
