Description: Walled City of Lahore Authority is currently inviting applications for the positions of Associate Procurement and Deputy Manager Contracts Procurement. As an Associate Procurement, you will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, including the preparation of bid documents, conducting vendor evaluations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management, and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills.
In the role of Deputy Manager Contracts Procurement, you will oversee and manage the procurement of goods, services, and works for the authority. This includes developing procurement strategies, coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in contract management and procurement.
Candidates for both positions should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement or contract management roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of relevant procurement laws and regulations is highly desirable.
