Job Description: Director Regional Services at NUML University Islamabad Campus
The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Regional Services to join our team at the Islamabad Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of NUML's regional centers and campuses across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative, academic, and financial operations of NUML's regional centers and campuses
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the performance and quality of NUML's regional centers and campuses
- Develop and manage budgets for regional centers and campuses
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of regional centers and campuses
- Ensure compliance with NUML's policies and regulations in all regional centers and campuses
- Work collaboratively with other NUML directors and administrators to enhance the overall quality of NUML's programs and services
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing operations and services in an educational institution
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with managing budgets and financial operations
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
This is a temporary position with an expected last date of March 31, 2023. The successful candidate will be based at NUML's Islamabad campus in Islamabad, Pakistan.
