Responsibilities:
- Farm Mistry:
- Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
- Assist in the management of farm activities, including irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Perform routine farm tasks as assigned.
- Plant Operator:
- Operate and maintain plant equipment, such as seeders, tillers, and harvesters.
- Follow proper planting and harvesting techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
- Assist in the management of plant activities, including planting, harvesting, and processing.
- Mali:
- Maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the agricultural premises.
- Watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants.
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, and other landscaped areas.
- Assist in the management of overall landscaping activities.
- Chowkidar:
- Ensure the security of the agriculture department premises.
- Patrol the area and report any security breaches or incidents.
- Assist in the management of overall security measures.
- Tractor Operator:
- Operate and maintain tractors for various agricultural activities.
- Follow proper tractor operation and maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the management of tractor-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Primary education is required for all positions.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the respective field.
- Ability to perform the assigned tasks efficiently.
- Good physical fitness for outdoor work.
- Knowledge of basic agricultural practices and equipment operation for relevant positions.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Valid driving license for Tractor Operator position.
