Responsibilities:
As the Expert CRM BI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our customer relationships through insightful Business Intelligence strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Insight:
- Develop and implement strategies for leveraging CRM data to enhance customer relationships.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful trends and patterns.
- Utilize BI tools to create reports and dashboards that facilitate decision-making.
- CRM Optimization:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM systems.

- Performance Metrics:
- Define and track key performance indicators related to customer relationship management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM and Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in BI tools and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
