Description: Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) is looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of successful leadership, strategy development, and implementation. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
As the COO, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all departments within the organization, including finance, HR, operations, and program management.
