Sindh Katchi Abadi Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join their team. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to the organization on matters related to land acquisition, construction, and development of katchi abadis in Sindh.
To be eligible for this position, you should have at least 3 years of relevant legal experience and hold an LLB or BS in Law. You should also possess excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Your main responsibilities will include providing legal opinions and advice to the organization, drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts, and representing the organization in court proceedings as necessary. You will also be responsible for liaising with external legal counsel as required and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
