Military Land Cantonment Department Rawalpindi is hiring for the positions of UDC, LDC, Upper Division Clerk, and L

ower Division Clerk. The Ministry of Defence is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill these admin clerical roles.

The ideal candidates for these positions will have at least a Matric or Intermediate education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The candidates should have strong communication skills and be proficient in using computers and office equipment.

As an Upper Division Clerk, your responsibilities will include managing the record-keeping system, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Lower Division Clerk, your responsibilities will include data entry, maintaining files and records, and performing clerical tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, be proficient in using office software, and have the ability to work independently.

As a UDC, your responsibilities will include supervising the work of Lower Division Clerks, maintaining office procedures and systems, and ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
