Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health (AFIMH) is a leading mental health institution in Rawalpindi. AFIMH is seeking applications from highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill various positions in Rawalpindi. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing a range of duties and responsibilities related to management and healthcare.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform duties related to the position requirement, such as clerical work, driving, or stenography
- Assist in the maintenance of office files, documents, and records
- Perform routine office tasks, such as answering phones, making photocopies, and typing documents
- Drive official vehicles as per the requirement
- Take dictation and transcribe from shorthand or machine dictation equipment
- Provide support to staff and management in day-to-day activities
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education level, as per the position requirement
- Relevant experience in the field of clerical work, driving, or stenography, as per the position requirement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
