Job Description:

The Cabinet Division National Archives of Pakistan is currently looking for skilled and motivated individuals to fill multiple temporary vacancies for various positions. The organization is seeking applicants for the following roles: driver, data entry operator, mender cum binder, and security officer.

The successful candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks related to their respective positions, as outlined below:

Driver:

The driver will be responsible for operating and maintaining the organization's vehicles, ensuring their timely servicing and upkeep, and following all relevant traffic and safety regulations.
The candidate must possess a valid driving license and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
The candidate must also have a good driving record and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Data Entry Operator:

The data entry operator will be responsible for inputting data into the organization's database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information entered.
The candidate must possess a minimum of a Matric qualification and have experience in data entry or a related field.
The candidate must also have strong typing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Mender cum Binder:

The mender cum binder will be responsible for repairing and binding documents and books in the organization's collection.
The candidate must possess a minimum of an Intermediate qualification and have experience in bookbinding or a related field.
The candidate must also have knowledge of bookbinding techniques and the ability to work with various types of paper and binding materials.
Security Officer:

The security officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization's premises, staff, and visitors.
The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
The candidate must also have knowledge of security protocols and procedures and be able to handle emergency situations.
