Description: Accelerated Learning Program NFE Balochistan is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the positions of MIS Assistant and Field Training Coordinator. The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the program.
Responsibilities: MIS Assistant:
- Manage and maintain the program's management information system
- Generate reports and analysis from the system as required
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the system
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the system
Field Training Coordinator:
- Plan and coordinate training activities for the program's field staff
- Develop training materials and presentations for the staff
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate the staff's performance
- Identify and address any gaps in the staff's skills and knowledge
- Provide support and guidance to the staff as needed
Requirements: MIS Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Field Training Coordinator:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development
- Good knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
