Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) is a public sector organization in Balochistan, Pakistan that aims to provide education and training opportunities for individuals who have been left behind in the traditional education system. ALP is currently seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacancies of MIS Assistant and Field Training Coordinator.
The MIS Assistant will be responsible for managing the Management Information System (MIS) of the ALP program. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in MIS management, data analysis, and reporting. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the ALP MIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, generating MIS reports and dashboards, and providing technical support to the ALP team.
The Field Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training to ALP teachers in various locations across Balochistan. The candidate must have a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed) or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of experience in teacher training and development. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to ALP teachers.
