Description: The Planning & Development Board is currently seeking experienced and qualified candidates for the positions of Digital Media Communication Expert and Social Safeguard Gender Specialist.

As a Digital Media Communication Expert, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital media strategies to promote the organization's mission, programs, and initiatives. This includes managing social media accounts, creating digital content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and communication.

On the other hand, the Social Safeguard Gender Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all projects and programs are implemented in a way that is inclusive and gender-sensitive. The candidate will be expected to conduct gender analyses, develop gender-sensitive policies and procedures, and provide technical support and training to staff on gender mainstreaming.

The ideal candidates for both positions should possess a Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. They should have a thorough understanding of their respective areas of expertise and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
