Job Description: Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology, located in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for various faculty positions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Research:
   • Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate learning for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
   • Develop and update course materials and curriculum as per academic standards.
   • Conduct research in the respective field and contribute to scholarly publications.
   • Supervise and mentor students in research projects.
2. Academic Support:
   • Provide academic guidance and support to students.
   • Engage in student advising and mentoring activities.
   • Participate in curriculum development and program assessment.
3. Professional Development:
   • Stay updated with the latest developments and research in the field.
   • Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
   • Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and interdisciplinary activities.
4. Institutional Service:
   • Contribute to departmental and university committees and initiatives.
   • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
   • Engage in community outreach and industry collaborations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• For Professor and Associate Professor positions: PhD degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years (Professor) or 6 years (Associate Professor) of teaching/research experience.
• For Lecturer and Assistant Professor positions: Master's degree (MS/MPhil) in the relevant field from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years of teaching/research experience.
• Relevant professional experience and publications in reputable journals will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and mentor students.
