Job Description: A public sector project based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following vacancies:

1. Technical Project Manager:
   • Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.
   • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
   • Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
   • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
   • Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
2. Survey Manager:
   • Manage survey activities to collect and analyze data for the project.
   • Develop survey methodologies and tools.
   • Train surveyors and oversee data collection processes.
   • Analyze survey data and prepare reports and presentations.
   • Ensure data accuracy and quality control.
3. Procurement Specialist:
   • Manage the procurement process for project-related goods and services.
   • Develop procurement plans and strategies.
   • Prepare and evaluate bids and proposals.
   • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
   • Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations and processes (for Procurement Specialist).
• Experience in survey methodologies and data analysis (for Survey Manager).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines.
