Job Description: The Culture Tourism Antiquities & Archives Department in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, is currently inviting applications for the position of Guide. As a Guide, your role will involve providing informative and engaging tours to visitors, showcasing the cultural heritage, tourist attractions, and historical sites within the region. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting guided tours and providing detailed information about the cultural and historical significance of various sites.
• Sharing interesting facts, stories, and anecdotes to enhance the visitor's experience.
• Answering visitors' questions and addressing their queries regarding the attractions.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the tour group throughout the visit.
• Adhering to established guidelines and protocols for visitor management.
• Assisting in the coordination and organization of group tours and educational programs.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with visitors.
• Continuously updating your knowledge about the cultural heritage, tourist sites, and historical significance of the region.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of the local culture, history, and tourist attractions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and the local language, is preferred.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and a passion for promoting cultural heritage and tourism.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing visitor demands.
• Prior experience as a tour guide or in a related role is an advantage.
