Vacancy Details:

1. Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the Punjab Healthcare Commission
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Represent the commission in legal proceedings, including court appearances and arbitrations
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement legal strategies
• Draft and review legal documents, including policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive legal records and documentation
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and issues

Requirements and Qualifications:

• LLB degree from a reputable institution
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in legal practice, preferably in healthcare or regulatory law
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Experience in representing organizations in legal proceedings is preferred
