The NDRMF has the following job vacancies available:
- Quality Assurance Group Coordinator
- Deputy Manager Disaster Risk Financing
- Deputy Manager Social Safeguard
- Executive Assistant (Administration)
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Quality Assurance Group Coordinator:
- Coordinate and oversee quality assurance activities
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Monitor project performance and compliance
- Conduct quality audits and assessments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related role
- Deputy Manager Disaster Risk Financing:
- Assist in the development of disaster risk financing mechanisms
- Analyze financial data and conduct risk assessments
- Monitor and evaluate disaster risk financing programs
- BBA, MS, or equivalent degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in disaster risk financing or related field
- Deputy Manager Social Safeguard:
- Develop and implement social safeguard policies and procedures
- Conduct social impact assessments and stakeholder consultations
- Monitor and evaluate social safeguard measures
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social safeguard or related field
- Executive Assistant (Administration):
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and communications
- Maintain records and files
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles
