Overview

Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Foundation is inviting applications from qualified, energetic, and highly professional individuals for the executive position of Director. Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: MBA or a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in a similar corporate or welfare entity.

• Armed Forces Preference: Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the Armed Forces, specifically recently retired Brigadiers, Colonels, or equivalent ranks.

• Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit with no physical disability.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Director will lead the foundational operations and be responsible for:

• Directing and formulating the long-term vision, mission statements, and strategic corporate objectives.

• Approving structural policies for welfare, education, healthcare, commercial development, and infrastructure projects.

• Ensuring all organizational activities align with foundation objectives and comply with the applicable laws of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh).

• Monitoring strict adherence to internal policies, corporate governance, and rigorous financial control frameworks.

• Overseeing investments, revenue-generating projects, and welfare initiatives meant for retired Rangers personnel and their families.

• Evaluating the functional performance of Assistant Directors and other key organizational executives.
