• Taleem aur Ahaliyat (Eligibility Criteria):

  • Umeedwar Military Armed Forces se retired Lt. Colonel / Major ya iske barabar ka rank rakhta ho.

  • Retirement ke waqt Medical Category "A" hona lazmi hai.

• Umar ki Hadd (Upper Age Limit): Ziyada se ziyada 57 saal (57-Years Maximum).

• Makhsoos Maharaten (Other Skills): PSC / ISC qualified hona chahiye, intelligence gathering/analysis aur security assignments ka tajurba ho. Iske sath digital technology ko security system mein introduce karne ka vision aur strong leadership skills honi chahiye.

• Apply Karne Ka Tariqa:

  1. Khwahishmand umeedwaran apni application ba-zariye registered post ya courier bhejein.

  2. Application ke sath detailed CV (jis mein career history aur degrees chronological order mein DD.MM.YY format ke sath likhi hon), attested copies of CNIC, tajurba certificates, aur 02 passport-size photographs attach karein.

  3. Tamam degrees Higher Education Commission (HEC) ya mutaliqa professional body se verified honi chahiye. Foreign qualification ki surat mein HEC equivalence certificate lazmi hai.

Position & Academic Criteria

• Position Title: Director (Security) QESCO

• Number of Vacancies: 02 positions

• Required Profile: Retired Lieutenant Colonel / Major or equivalent rank from the Military Armed Forces.

• Medical Status: Must have possessed Medical Category "A" at the time of official retirement.

• Age Limit: The upper age limit is fixed at a maximum of 57 years.

Professional & Technical Skillset

• Qualifications: Candidates must be PSC / ISC qualified.

• Experience: Proven expertise in intelligence gathering, threat analysis, and handling complex security assignments.

• Tech-Savvy Vision: Possess a clear vision for integrating digital technology within the company's internal security matrix.

• Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading teams from the front, crisis resolution, and keeping strong professional bonding with subordinates.

Statutory Terms & Instructions

• Employment Framework: The appointment is offered on a temporary basis for a fixed term of three (03) years under a comprehensive lump sum salary package.

• Document Verification: All academic degrees and testimonials must be duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or relevant professional bodies. Foreign degree holders must furnish formal HEC equivalence certificates.

• Application Protocol: Every single page of the formal application dossier must be numbered and physically signed by the applicant.

• Interview Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be formally reached out to for the interview cycle. Candidates will be required to produce all original documentation at the time of the final panel interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
