• Idara (Company): Aik maroof (well-known) construction company ko Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Khanewal, aur Sukkur ke liye darj-zail staff ki zaroorat hai.

• Asamiyan (Positions) aur Tajurba (Experience):

  1. BS Civil Engineer: Kisi bhi construction company mein kaam karne ka 5 se 10 saal ka tajurba (Building construction mein tajurba rakhne walon ko tarjeeh di jaye gi).

  2. BS Electrical Engineer: Building construction mein tajurba rakhne walon ko tarjeeh di jaye gi (Kam az kam 10 saal ka tajurba lazmi hai).

  3. DAE Diploma Holder: Building ki construction mein tajurba rakhne walon ko tarjeeh di jaye gi (Kam az kam 10 saal ka tajurba).

  4. Surveyor: 10 se 15 saal ka mutaliqa tajurba hona lazmi hai.

  5. Quantity Surveyor: 10 se 12 saal ka sarkari mehkamon ya MES schedule ke sath kaam karne ka tajurba.

  6. Accountant: Construction company mein kaam karne ka kam az kam 10 saal ka tajurba.

  7. Storeman: 10 se 15 saal ka mutaliqa post ka tajurba.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. BS Civil Engineer

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a recognized construction firm.

• Preference: Candidates with strong experience in building construction projects will be prioritized.

2. BS Electrical Engineer

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of working experience.

• Preference: Prior project experience specifically in building construction is highly preferred.

3. DAE Diploma Holder

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of field experience.

• Preference: Candidates possessing a background in building construction execution will be preferred.

4. Surveyor

• Experience: Requires a robust track record of 10 to 15 years in land/site surveying.

5. Quantity Surveyor

• Experience: 10 to 12 years of professional experience.

• Criteria: Must have experience working with government departments or working under Military Engineering Services (MES) schedules.

6. Accountant

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on accounting experience.

• Criteria: Essential to have a solid background handling accounts within a dedicated construction firm.

7. Storeman

• Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven experience in store/inventory management within the field.
