• Domicile: Sirf Balochistan ke Local/Domicile umeedwaran hi apply karne ke ahal hain.

• Taleem (Qualification): HEC-recognized university se 16 saal ki taleem (Master's/BS ya barabar) Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, ya mutaliqa discipline mein honi chahiye. Agar Procurement certification (CIPS/CSCP) ho to faida hoga.

• Tajurba (Experience) aur Umar (Age):

  • Public sector procurement mein 5 se 8 saal ka tajurba lazmi hai.

  • Umar ki hadd 30 se 45 saal hai.

• Maharat aur Sharaitt (Requirements): BPPRA Rules, World Bank (WB), aur ADB Procurement Rules ka ilm hona chahiye. Procurement plans, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, aur bidding documents banane ka tajurba ho. MS Office aur e-Procurement systems ka chalana aata ho.

Position & Academic Criteria

• Position Title: Director/ Specialist Procurement

• No. of Positions: 01

• Required Education: 16 years of education (Master's / BS or equivalent qualification) from an HEC-recognized university. The degree must be in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Preferred Certification: Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS or CSCP will be considered a distinct advantage.

• Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.

Experience & Skills

• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven hands-on experience exclusively in public sector procurement. Preference will be extended to candidates with backgrounds in Government departments, Autonomous Bodies, or donor-funded projects.

• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of BPPRA Rules, as well as public procurement guidelines of the World Bank (WB) and Asian Development Bank (ADB).

• Core Responsibilities: Ability to lead procurement committees and proficiently manage the entire procurement cycle for goods, works, consulting, and non-consulting services. Proven track record in developing Procurement Plans, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract agreements.

• IT Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Office applications and modern e-Procurement systems.

Statutory Terms & Instructions

• Domicile Restriction: Only candidates possessing a valid Local/Domicile certificate from Balochistan are eligible to apply.

• Employment Framework: The post is temporary, offered on a contractual basis, and is extendable.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the official test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the selection process.

• Authority Right: The employer reserves the absolute right to cancel the entire recruitment drive at any stage without assigning any rationale.
