1. Application Processing Fee: Har application form ke sath Rs. 1500/- (Non-refundable) ka original Pay Order shamil hona lazmi hai, jo "Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi" ke naam par bana ho. (Jin umeedwaran ne March 2025 aur December 2025 ke ishtihar mein apply kiya tha, unhein dubara pay order bhejne ki zaroorat nahi hai, sirf updated CV aur documents matloob hain).

2. Sarkari Mulazmeen: Pehle se government service ya public sector autonomous bodies mein kaam karne wale afraad proper channel ke zariye aur mandatory Departmental NOC ke sath apply karein.

3. Disabled & Minorities Quota: Hukoomat ki policy ke mutabiq mazoor aur aqliyati quota barqarar rakha jaye ga.

4. Shortlisting Process: Agar umeedwaran ki taudad zyada hui to shortlisting ke liye pre-interview test (MCQs) liya ja sakta hai.

2. Downloaded application form ke sath darj-zail kaghazat attach karein:

   • 2 adet haal hi ki tasveerein.

   • Attested photocopies of educational and experience documents.

   • Three (3) current referral letters.

   • Brief Curriculum Vitae (CV).

   • Original Pay Order of Rs. 1500/-.

3. In tamam documents ko ek sealed lifafay (envelope) mein band karein aur lifafay ke upar right corner par asami ka naam (Name of Post) saaf saaf likhein.

4. Darkhwast sirf courier service ke zariye bheji jaye. By-hand (kud ja kar) jama ki gayi darkhwasten qabil-e-qbool nahi hain.

5. Aakhri Tareekh: Darkhwasten 27-07-2026 ya us se pehle muqarrara pate par pohnch jani chahiye.
