Deposit Mobilization: Bank ke business plan ke mutabiq deposit mobilization strategies banana aur unhein implement karna. Staff ko sales koshishon par train karna.

Product Formulations: Mukhtalif customer segments (jaise kisaan/farmers, SMEs, corporates, retail, aur digital customers) ke liye innovative liability products aur campaigns design karna.

Target Setting: Tamam 501 branches ke liye regional aur branch-level par targets set kar ke deposit growth ko barhana.

Relationships & Compliance: Key clients, institutional depositors, aur sarkari idaron ke sath munasibat behtar banana aur SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) ke regulations aur internal policies par sakhti se amal karwana.
