• Umar ki Hadd (Age Limit): 40 se 62 saal.

• Taleemi Qabiliyat (Qualification):

  • HEC se tasdeeq shuda university se Public Administration, Management Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, ya Social Sciences mein kam az kam 16 saal ki taleem (Master's/4-years Bachelor's).

  • YA Civil Engineering mein kam az kam 16 saal ki taleem.

• Matlooba Tajurba (Experience):

  • Public sector development ya project management mein kam az kam 10 se 15 saal ka professional tajurba lazmi hai.

  • Darj-zail shobon mein tajurba rakhne wale umeedwaran ko tarjeeh di jaye gi:

    • Multi-sector development projects ya PMUs ka tajurba.

    • Education, Health, aur Infrastructure ke shobay.

    • Government, donors, aur development partners ke sath coordination.

    • Balochistan mein development projects par kaam karne ka tajurba.

• Apply Karne Ka Tariqa:

  1. Khwahishmand umeedwaran apni darkhwast ke sath CV, educational testimonials (asnaad), experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, aur haal hi ki tasveerein (attested shuda) muqarrara pate par jama karwayen.

Overview

Applications are invited from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented individuals for the senior-level position of "Project Director" under the Planning & Development (P&D) Department, Government of Balochistan. The appointment is for the PMU of PSDP-funded schemes execution for the "Implementation of Master Plan of Sui Town (SMP)".

Requirements & Qualifications

Project Director (PPS-10) — 01 Post

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Public Administration, Management Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics & Social Sciences OR minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering.

• Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in public sector development and project management.

• Preference Criteria: Preference will be given to candidates with verified experience in:

  • Multi-sector development projects / PMUs.

  • Education, Health & Infrastructure sectors.

  • High-level coordination with Government bodies, donors, and development partners.

  • Executing development projects explicitly located within Balochistan.

• Age Limit: 40 to 62 Years.

Statutory Terms & Instructions

• Domicile Policy: Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid domicile of Balochistan province.

• Government Servants: In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned parent department.

• Interview Setup: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the selection process.
